Marta Dybowska

I have been a proud and committed member of The Covent Garden Dental Spa since 2021. I am the part-time Practice Manager and handle the administrative, HR and the compliance side of the business. I have a Level 5 ILM management qualification. This qualification, alongside a growth mindset and personal want to support the development of my colleagues and the practice, makes me a very valuable member of the team.

I have 20 years of experience working in the private dentistry sector in London. My Level 5 ILM management course and my NVQ in Customer Service allow me to perform my duties to an excellent standard. My main aim is to support the smooth running of the business and most importantly, ensure our patients’ satisfaction.
