Dr. Roop Mann

I am a dentist with a special interest in Temporomandibular Dysfunction (TMD) and TMJ-related disorders. My approach focuses on patient-centric, holistic treatment plans that integrate both traditional treatments and innovative techniques backed by modern science.

Education & Qualifications
I qualified from Manchester University Dental School in 1995. I underwent further training by studying Occlusion and TMJ disorders with the Niles Guichet Academy (as part of the American Academy of General Dentistry). I also acquired my Diploma in Dental Acupuncture in 2000 with the British Dental Acupuncture Society (BDAS).

I have developed a TMJ therapy protocol to treat TMD, encompassing appliance therapy and trigger point acupuncture. My holistic patient-centred approach considers not only the mechanical component of TMD but also the biopsychosocial aspect, ensuring that each patient receives a personalised treatment plan.
