Dental Spa membership is subject to a £160 new patient consultation fee.
Your membership fee can be paid as a one-off upfront payment or monthly Direct Debit.
Please note all Direct Debit plans will incur a one-off £12 registration fee which will be deducted with the first Direct Debit.
It is your responsibility to maintain your six monthly check up and hygiene appointments.
The benefits of your membership are valid for one year.
The membership fee cannot be redeemed against any dental treatments.
The membership fee cannot be refunded in the event of non-attendance.
