2. Our winner will be announced on our website and Facebook by 04/04/16 and will also be notified via email.
3. Covent Garden Dental Spa reserves the right to amend the competition and end date at any time.
4. The winner must have their treatment and watch the movie by 30/04/2016.
5. No cash alternative is available for the prize.
6. The prize is non-transferable to a third party.
7. Travel costs are not included as part of the prize offering.
8. The tickets will be for a screening at the Odeon Leicester Square, date of viewing will depend on availability.
9. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
