What does a smile design involve?

We begin your smile design with a comprehensive consultation, allowing us to understand your smile goals and assess your oral health to make sure you are suitable for cosmetic treatment. We explain the digital design process, including how we use our advanced dental technology to produce amazing results.

The smile design process begins with your personalised treatment plan. We take digital scans and images of your mouth and work with you to design a smile that not only looks good but functions well. We only consider the design finished when you are completely happy, and can even show you a preview of your new smile!

We bring your new smile to life using the treatment or combination of treatments laid out in the design. Each procedure is accurate and comfortable, getting you closer to showing off your incredible new smile with pride!

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose the treatments used for my smile design?

Yes, absolutely! Your smile design is a collaborative process and we love working with you to reach your goals. We discuss your ideal results and assess your oral health to recommend the most suitable treatments, but you are more than welcome to suggest the treatments you would prefer. You can choose from various options to create a personalised plan that perfectly aligns with your vision.

How long does a smile design take?

The actual digital smile design process only takes one or two appointments – as everything is digital any amendments or changes we make are available to view and approve immediately. After your design has been finalised, your treatment time will depend on the chosen treatments and will be outlined in your bespoke treatment plan.

How long will the results of my smile design last?

The longevity of your smile design results depends on your commitment to oral hygiene and lifestyle choices. With proper care, including regular brushing, flossing, and professional dental check ups, your new smile can last for many years. We’ll provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to help you maintain your beautiful results for the long term.

Is a smile design better than individual cosmetic treatments?

A smile design takes a holistic approach, considering your overall oral health and function. This includes the way your teeth bite together, how you speak, and support for your facial structure. We believe in creating a harmonious balance between beauty and function, which is at the forefront of a smile design and a key benefit.
